• Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to check in. The hotel will asses all night retention charges towards cancellation after the deadline.& December 15 to January 15th no cancellation
• Any reservation without the time of arrival will be held till 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and released unless guaranteed.
• All accounts to be settled by guest on departure, unless alternate arrangements have been made, subject to approval of the resort. All approved bills to company should be supported by a letter on the company letter head duly signed by the authorized person.
• One night room charge will be applicable for early departure.
• Guest to carry two valid photo ID copy, upon arrival.
